Yeah, except the media! This is one of the biggest BS preview/nit-picking articles I have EVER read.
Famitsu's great...and oddly VERY WRONG, review didn't give LR legs. The game was horrible, but it did do a quick sales spike in week 1. Again though, it was a new franchise, a point I'm making about how WKC could not have the impact Sony may be looking for. Also, don't underestimate word-of-mouth once it got out how truly horrible Last Remnant is.
Star Ocean got bright previews at TGS, said to be running perfectly with crisp gameplay and nice graphics. That's what I want to hea...

Here's something to chew on though: I have no doubt that WKC will be HUGE for PS3 in Japan, but have you ever considered the effect the still 360 exclusive (no more one console market my ass Square) Star Ocean: The Last Hope will have in Japan come February? It could be just as big, if not potentially a lot bigger for 360, being a high-selling, established franchise. Time will tell, could be interesting.
Also, PSP Hardware/Software results continue to put to shame these article...

I hate gaming media, seriously, the PSP is OWNING right now and has a good list of great games to boot. Much better than the DS for a gaming library imo. This guy needs to stfu.

Star Ocean better do A LOT or Square's going to have a tough time explaining two straight garbage years to shareholders....especially since that'll be two straight years ignoring the PS3.
Enough remakes and shovelware Square, get my freaking Star Ocean out, make it multi for better sales, get FFXIII rolling, focus on the PS3 for a change and get with the times and make the FFVII remake already!

Stop being a fool. Sony is happy with the numbers, fine, their business. Resistance is a flop? Maybe in a crowded FPS market unoriginality hurt its sales. PS3 on life support. Fine, reviews aren't Jesus. Where were the articles like this last year when the PS3 was ripped to all hell thanks to Lair, Heavenly Sword's length, the delays and the 360's sales dominance. The Ratchet and Clank issue at Gamespot, the Orange Box issues being overrated, etc, etc...
Now, the 360 is struggling with exclusive reviews. Too Human, Last Remnant, Banjo (as compared to LBP), Ninja Gaiden not reaching AAA status, Infinite Undiscovery, etc, etc.
